Temporal Motion Analysis Using Image Sampling
6. Temporal motion analysis using image sampling is another sensor technique being developed by ASH. This uses video frame sampling to capture a sequency of images that have a set time interval between each captured image. This capture interval can be varied to select the optimal frequency range of the vibration being monitored. The rate, frequency, magnitude and uniformity of any detected motion are able to be captured for analysis.
